Planning content your audience wants to hear is super important, but we all know how easy it can be to quickly put something up when we are busy and not stop to ask if it serves our audience. There are some simple ways to tap into what your audience needs from you. It can be as simple as asking questions to even asking your audience to fill out a survey.
